To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all users, we have outlined the following Terms of Service that govern the relationship between service providers and the platform. These terms are designed to establish clear guidelines for payments, communication, and service delivery, fostering trust and accountability on both sides.
By registering as a service provider on EventsKonnectGh, you agree to adhere to these terms of service to maintain an active account and benefit from the opportunities the platform provides.
Please review the following policies carefully to understand your obligations and rights as a service provider.
Client Communication
Service providers are not permitted to contact clients directly. All contact, interactions concerning payments and service arrangements must be handled through the EventsKonnectGh platform, to ensure proper service delivery and professionalism.
Payment Process
Clients are required to make payments directly to the system administrators, who will serve as brokers. Once the client confirms that the service has been successfully completed, the system administrators will process the payment and disburse the agreed amount to the service provider.
Registration and Subscription Fees
To be accepted onto the platform, service providers must pay a $10 registration fee. In addition, service providers will be charged $10 per month to maintain their active status. If a service provider opts for the yearly payment package, they will receive a 10% discount on the total annual fee.
Transaction Commission
Service providers are required to pay a 5% commission on each transaction valued at GHS 500 or more.
Suspension for Non-Payment
Service providers who fail to meet their payment obligations for a period of two consecutive months will be removed from the platform until all outstanding payments are settled.
