Customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. This system was established mainly to provide services that will promote customer satisfaction. Any services rendered not fully to the customer’s full satisfaction will attract a percentage deduction depending on the pertaining conditions, and this deduction will be refunded to the customer. This will however be communicated to the full understanding of both parties, that is client and customer.

 Clients are supposed to inform customers to rate their services or performances. This will boost the client’s portfolio.

Customers are advised to contact administrators on any irregularities and report any poor performances on the part of the clients. 

Note that a client is not supposed to contact customers directly, after services are being rendered. Report any client or service providers who may flout these regulations.
