1. Registration
- You must register using correct, complete, and truthful information.
- You must be legally allowed to operate your business and hold any necessary licenses or
permits.
- Eventskonnectgh may verify your information and may suspend or terminate your account if
false details are provided or if any rules are broken.
2. Service Details
Service Providers must:
- Clearly list the services they offer, such as catering, photography, décor,
entertainment, rentals, and other event services.
- Provide accurate descriptions of services, pricing, and what the client will receive.
- State any requirements needed from the client.
- Provide a valid business address and contact details.
- Arrive on time for all bookings or appointments.
- Confirm that full payment has been made through Eventskonnectgh before service delivery.
3. Bookings and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through the Eventskonnectgh platform.
- Once a client books and makes payment or deposit, the booking is considered confirmed.
- Service Providers must confirm bookings within 24–48 hours.
- Failure to honor a confirmed booking may result in penalties, suspension, or removal
from the platform.
4. Payments and Commission
- Client payments are processed through Eventskonnectgh’s secure system.
- A commission is deducted before payment is released to the Service Provider.

- Payments are released after the event is completed and approved.
- Service Providers are responsible for their own taxes.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Service Providers must state their cancellation and refund policy, following
Eventskonnectgh’s minimum standards.
- If a provider cancels without a valid reason, the client receives a full refund and the
provider may face penalties or suspension.
- If an unavoidable situation occurs, such as illness, accident, or natural disaster, both
parties may agree to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
6. Service Quality and Conduct
Service Providers agree to:
- Deliver services professionally, on time, and as promised.
- Follow all legal, safety, and health requirements.
- Communicate respectfully with clients and protect their privacy and property.
- Avoid any form of misconduct, dishonesty, or misrepresentation.
- Understand that poor performance or complaints may result in suspension or termination.
7. Liability and Responsibility
- Service Providers are responsible for their work and for any damage, loss, or injury
caused by their actions or negligence.
- Service Providers agree to protect and indemnify Eventskonnectgh from any claims or
legal issues arising from their services.
- Eventskonnectgh only connects providers and clients and is not part of their direct
service contract.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disagreement between a provider and client must first be reported to Eventskonnectgh
for mediation.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, it may be taken to arbitration or the courts of Ghana.
9. Media and Intellectual Property
- Service Providers allow Eventskonnectgh to display their business name, logo, and
service images on the platform.
- Providers must own or have permission to use any media they upload.
- The Eventskonnectgh name or logo cannot be used without written approval.
10. Reviews and Feedback
- Clients may leave ratings and reviews after services are completed.
- Service Providers must not pressure, bribe, or create fake reviews.
- Eventskonnectgh may remove false, harmful, or abusive reviews.
11. Client Data and Privacy
- Service Providers must protect all client information.
- Client data may only be used for event-related purposes and must follow applicable data
protection laws.
12. Suspension and Termination
Eventskonnectgh may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Constant cancellations or serious complaints.
- Fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Breaking platform rules or Ghanaian laws.
A Service Provider may close their account by giving written notice, but must first
complete all confirmed bookings.
13. Non-Solicitation
- Service Providers must not contact or accept bookings or payments directly from
Eventskonnectgh clients to avoid platform fees.
- All bookings and payments must go through the platform.
- Breaking this rule can lead to account termination, loss of pending payments, or legal
action.
14. Changes to Commission or Fees
- Eventskonnectgh may update commission rates or fees at any given time.
- Providers will be given at least 14 days’ notice before any changes take effect.
- Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
15. Professional Behavior
Service Providers must:
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and on time.
- Avoid abusive, rude, or discriminatory language.
- Be honest and deliver services exactly as agreed.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
17. Agreement and Acceptance
By checking the box during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.
