These Terms of Service govern the relationship between EventsKonnectGH and all registered service providers. They are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and trust across the platform.
By registering as a service provider on EventsKonnectGH, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below in order to maintain an active account and access opportunities on the platform.
Service providers are not permitted to contact clients directly. All communication related to bookings, payments, negotiations, and service arrangements must take place exclusively through the EventsKonnectGH platform. This policy ensures accountability, proper service delivery, and professionalism.
Clients are required to make all payments directly to EventsKonnectGH system administrators, who act as neutral brokers. Once the client confirms that the service has been successfully completed, the agreed payment will be processed and disbursed to the service provider.
A 5% commission is charged on all transactions valued at GHS 500 or more. This commission supports platform operations, payment processing, and continued service improvements.
Service providers who fail to meet payment obligations for two consecutive months will have their accounts suspended and removed from public listings. Access will be restored only after all outstanding balances are fully settled.
By completing registration and continuing to use the EventsKonnectGH platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
