Customers and hosts are encouraged to rate services after completion. Ratings and reviews directly contribute to a service provider’s portfolio and help maintain high service standards across the platform.
Honest feedback—both positive and constructive—is essential for improving service quality and guiding future clients in their booking decisions.
Customers are advised to contact EventsKonnectGH administrators immediately if they experience any irregularities, misconduct, or unsatisfactory performance. Reports of poor service will be reviewed promptly and handled in line with platform policies.
Direct communication between customers and service providers outside the EventsKonnectGH platform is strictly prohibited once services have been rendered. This policy exists to protect customers and maintain a clear, auditable communication trail.
Customers should report any service provider or client who attempts to bypass this rule or contact them directly after service delivery.
By booking services or hosting events through EventsKonnectGH, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
